James Yuan apps are designed to collect as little personal information as possible. This policy covers the jamesyyy.com website and James Yuan apps, including Classic Music Journey.

Classic Music Journey

Classic Music Journey is a free, offline-first classical music introduction app. The app does not require an account, does not include advertising, does not include analytics SDKs, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not collect personal data.

Listener reflections, language choices, and similar app settings are stored locally on the user's device. They are not sent to James Yuan or to a third-party server in the current version.

Information Collected

The jamesyyy.com website does not require an account. Basic server logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and traffic reliability. These logs are not used to track users for advertising.

Third-Party Services

If analytics, crash reporting, cloud sync, AI services, payment services, advertising, or public sharing are added to an app later, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before that version is released.

Children

James Yuan apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the address below.
